Fuentespalda has a compact historic centre with traditional stone buildings, a Renaissance town hall and the Church of El Salvador. The village is a useful base for day-to-day essentials and for exploring the wider Matarranya area, with Valderrobres around 15-20 minutes away by car. Other nearby places worth visiting include Beceite, La Fresneda and Peñarroya de Tastavins, each offering historic streets, local restaurants and access to the surrounding countryside.
