Just a short walk from the nearest shops and restaurants, and under 10 minutes from both the beach and golf resort, Casa Rojilla is a fabulous modern and spacious villa with a sublime sun-terrace complete with a private pool!

In the wondrous living room, you will find a Smart TV and a set of two sofas upon the dazzling oak floor. A traditional wood-burner is the perfect addition for the cooler winter evenings! The incredibly spacious kitchen enjoys granite worktops, a large central island and air-conditioning, and adjoins the large dining area with space for the whole group to gather at meals times. There is a large set of patio doors to the garden, which fills the space with a fabulous, warm glow and allows direct access to the wonders of the natural world beyond!

There are four bedrooms in total, the first of these can be found on this ground floor, with two single beds. The other three rooms are all on the first floor and include two double rooms and the master bedroom, which enjoys a wonderful private bathroom with a shower. There is one full bathroom on the ground floor, and a second on the first floor complete with a shower and bathtub.

The beautiful garden begins with an expansive patio which overlooks the huge private pool! With a lawn and loungers down one side, you can enjoy a little sunbathing in this beautiful, private garden at will. On the patio, you can enjoy alfresco meals in style, as well as a large BBQ for enjoying those long, sunny days outdoors!

You’re just a short walk from a range of shops and restaurants. Meanwhile, only 5km away is the beautiful beach of Conil, one small section of the 16 kilometres of long sandy beaches of this incredible coastline, in a region which enjoys more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year! Just a few minutes away is the former fishing village of Conil de la Frontera, a diverse and authentic Spanish town with a beautiful coastline, just a stone’s throw from untouched open countryside of forests and even the mountains of the Sierra de Cadiz! 

Casa Rojilla is perfectly positioned along the 16 kilometres of long sandy beaches of this sublime coastline, in a region which enjoys more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year!

Just a few minutes away is the former fishing village of Conil de la Frontera, a diverse and authentic Spanish town with a beautiful coastline, just a stone’s throw from untouched open countryside of forests and even the mountains of the Sierra de Cadiz! From here you can easily access the remarkable cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville, or the more historically fascinating medieval towns of Medina and Vejer.

Malaga, the largest city on the Costa del Sol, is also nearby, and is historically and culturally incredibly rich, putting even more activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is of course brimming with museums and art galleries, set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.

The Costa del Sol itself is largely peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, largely for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland mostly untouched and peaceful year-round.

The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!
