Villa Luciano is a part of a quiet community that nestles close to a beautiful, sandy beach, with the small town of Colares just a 10-minute drive away. This peaceful holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with outside space that lets you make the most of the stunning sea and hillside views.
The villa features classic wood furnishings and tasteful design throughout, making it a warm and family-friendly place to relax and enjoy quality time together. Extremely spacious and lined with windows that flood the whole area with light is the stylish living room. There are plenty of options for a comfortable place to sit and watch the television or as the flames dance in the fireplace on cooler nights.
Choose from the large sofas or the armchairs that invite you to sink back into them and unwind. The views out the windows across the sea are the perfect companion to this laidback lounge. The dining room is just next door and features an elegant, wood table with space to seat up to 10 people.
Doors open straight out onto the decked terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities you could need, including dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge freezer.
There’s also a convenient laundry room and a toilet. There are five bedrooms in total at Villa Luciano. The master bedroom is bright and airy and features twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. It offers direct access to the outside space via patio doors that also provide clear sea views.
A further two bedrooms both have twin beds each and gates that lead you into the garden. The fourth bedroom features twin beds, ensuite bathroom and access to the fifth bedroom that has twin beds. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom that’s well-appointed and spacious.
The main terrace features some outdoor seating for soaking up the views first thing in the morning, or as the sun goes down over the sea. Further into the lawned gardens is where you’ll find a large, private swimming pool.
It’s set within an attractive tiled terrace that’s also home to a selection of sun loungers and a partially-covered dining area with barbecue. The views from this area of outside space are just gorgeous, and you’ll undoubtedly want to dine al fresco as often as you can!You can be enjoying Praia Grande’s golden sands and calm waters after less than a five-minute walk from the villa. Having a beach on your doorstep is the perfect excuse for making up a delicious picnic and indulging in a leisurely lunch.
You could also try one of the several beachfront restaurants and sample some fresh, local fish and seafood. In terms of stocking up on groceries, a couple of supermarkets are a short drive away. More restaurants and amenities are on offer in the town of Colares, which is about 10 minutes away by car.
Sintra is a 15-minute drive from the villa, with this town being full of interesting spots to visit. It’s nestled within the forest-covered hills of the Sintra Mountains, with numerous palaces and mansions sitting high above the trees. Pena National Palace is the highlight, with its unique architecture and design, and the chance it offers to take in some truly breathtaking views.
