Upon arrival, Villa Gaudiana’s impressive plot makes it easy to park and store your cars safely during your stay. You’ll notice the grand traditional architecture which gives Villa Gaudiana lots of curb appeal. As you enter the property, you’ll appreciate how care has been taken at every opportunity to create a comfortable, homely living space for guests.

Entering the property at ground level, your living space is large and well-planned with comfortable leather sofas gathered around the fireplace. There’s no TV here as viewings are reserved for the property’s crowning jewel: a home cinema. With plush cinema-style seats, including cup holders, Villa Gaudiana lets you turn each viewing experience into a cinematic adventure.

Not only that, but Villa Gaudiana also boasts an impressive home gym and games room, perfect for keeping visitors of all ages entertained.

To the rear of the property, you'll find a traditionally decorated fully-equipped kitchen with all the equipment and appliances you’ll need. A large kitchen island sits in the centre of the room with comfortable rattan stools around it for casual dining. For group meals, a dining room with a large table is located between the living room and kitchen. All three rooms flow easily into one another, keeping the area alive with activity.

There are five bedrooms to choose from at Villa Gaudiana, each decorated in simple traditional decor and providing direct terrace access, located across two levels of the villa. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, two of which have double beds and share a bathroom. The third bedroom is also a double bedroom with the addition of a private en-suite bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is the largest of the five and is located upstairs. It contains a private en-suite bathroom as well as access to a large sun terrace complete with ocean views. Your fifth, and final, bedroom is a smaller guest bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom but no terrace access.

Outside, the garden has been carefully decorated and dressed to ensure guest comfort. Beneath a traditional pergola, you’ll find a large outdoor dining space with a barbecue. Your private swimming pool is more than large enough to accommodate a full house and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for your convenience.

While staying at the Quinta do Lago resort, you also have access to several of the resort’s facilities including the kids clubs and restaurants for times when you don’t feel like cooking.

Villa Gaudiana’s location is one of the main traits that make it a popular holiday home for visitors to Quinta do Lago. Just 20 minutes away from Faro Airport, Villa Gaudiana is quick and easy to get to, no matter where you’re coming from.

In the surrounding resort and neighbouring town you’ll find all the amenities you need to enjoy a laid-back break in the sun, from grocery stores and pharmacies to delicious dining experiences and lively bars.

Your nearest beach is the golden Praia da Quinta do Lago, which is connected to the resort via a bridge. When you visit the beach, you can’t help but notice how the golden sands seem to stretch on for miles upon miles, connecting it to additional beaches along the coastline. Many enjoy visiting the different beaches along this strip during their stay and seeing what the different areas offer.

While you can get around relatively easily on foot, we do recommend renting a car during your stay if you’re planning on going out regularly. The area around Quinta do Lago can be quite steep in places and having a car generally makes it easier to get around, even locally.

At the resort, you have not one but two golf courses to choose from; the iconic Quinta do Lago course as well as the San Lorenzo course.

For days out, Faro is just 20 minutes to the east and Quarteira, one of Portugal’s oldest resort towns, is 20 minutes west providing lots of opportunities for shopping, dining and socialising.

Villa Guadiana is a beautiful detached Quinta do Lago villa has fantastic sea views overlooking the conservation area of the Ria Formosa. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach bridge of Quinta do Lago. It’s located in a prime area of Quinta do Lago, in Parque Atlântico. The holiday villa benefits from a top terrace and bar where the views can be appreciated.
