With a variety of bed configurations, including the externally accessed sleepout, you’ll have no trouble finding a configuration to suit your group. This home is adjoined by a similar cottage, ThymeOut by the Sea, available to rent through Bachcare. A huge deck joins both cottages, making it perfect for two families, friends and a large group, sleeping up to 16 guests in total.

Small boat owners can park their vessel on the large front lawn, and there's a fish cleaning station for your fresh catch. Take one of the two available kayaks to the nearby creek for a swim, or walk to the local community of Kūaotunu for lovely swimming beaches and coastal walks. You'll find a great spot for children to swim and play near where the creek reaches the sea.

The iconic Luke's Kitchen cafe and eatery is just a short 5-minute drive away, and if you need to top up on supplies and essentials, there's a motorcamp within walking distance. Explore the surrounding area with a 15km drive to Whitianga or a 20km drive to Coromandel, both offering stunning views along the way.
