The property is rented exclusively to a single family/small group and does not offer separate rooms. It accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms, ensuring privacy, silence, and absolute freedom.

Surrounded by 50,000 m² of land protected by two gates and an electric fence, the estate extends between woodland and the sea, amidst olive groves, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and herb gardens, enveloped in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. The panoramic terraces offer open views of the sea and ideal spaces for moments of contemplation or conviviality.

Interiorly, the villa preserves the authentic charm of Tuscan tradition, combined with contemporary comfort. Guests have access to a fully equipped professional kitchen, ideal for private dining experiences, and an indoor dining room designed for shared lunches and dinners.
