Step outside the villa and you’re immediately on the seafront promenade—perfect for morning jogs, evening walks, or simply listening to the rhythmic roll of the waves.

The immediate area offers everything you might need: local supermarkets, artisan bakeries, cafes, and traditional trattorias, all within easy reach. Nearby, you’ll find open-air markets brimming with fresh produce and small family-run shops offering regional specialities like Verdicchio wine, olive oil, and handmade pasta.

Senigallia is steeped in history, with its 15th-century Rocca Roveresca fortress and charming old town streets inviting exploration.
