This wonderful Villa located in the beautiful hills of Verona is a modern renovation of an 18th-century stable which was typical of the Venetian villas of the age.

Villa Effie’s stunning location and amazing history provide the perfect holiday home, only a short distance from the city that inspired one of Shakespeare’s well-known masterpieces. The accommodation is set over two floors and is cosy and inviting with beamed ceilings serving as a reminder of the villa’s Venetian stable past. The large kitchen is modern and well equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, a television, a well-stocked bookshelf and comfortable sofa’s perfect to sit and unwind after an eventful day. Also downstairs there is a single bedroom room, a toilet and a bathroom as well as a separate seating area.

Up the elegant staircase, the first floor is home to four bedrooms, one a spacious double with built in wardrobes and a modern ensuite bathroom. The three twin rooms also have storage and a large modern shared bathroom Also on this floor there is another seating area providing the perfect place to have a couple of drinks or some quiet time to read and relax.

Villa Effie boasts Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television and outdoor parking. Its proximity to Verona makes it there a perfect base for a relaxing rejuvenating holiday while being close to restaurants, bars and local amenities. Nestled in the stunning hills that surround Verona, Villa Effie is surrounded by beautiful scenery of greenery and fragrant vineyards. Verona itself is a popular city due to is Shakespearean ties being the setting for the star crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet.  Home to a stunning old town that dates back to medieval times and the gorgeous architecture and sense of romance Verona is is a location with a lot to offer.

There are plenty of sights to see, with churches and impressive art, there are a plethora of restaurants and eateries offering some of the best wines and dishes that northern Italy has to offer, In the middle of the city you will find the famous 1st-century amphitheatre which predates the coliseum in Rome, a must slice of history that is still in use.  There are an excellent array of local shops for those all important souvenirs and local wine.

Sports facilities nearby provide the opportunity to play a few rounds of golf and a couple of tennis matches whilst in the area and make visits to local beaches less than an hour away to sun, sea and sand.
