The dining room, with a beautiful concrete table for ten, provides a captivating view of the gardens and the azure Adriatic beyond. Adjacent to the dining room, a bohemian-chic kitchen, fully equipped with modern conveniences, seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

Step outside to the estate's natural wonderland, where ancient olive trees and a private forest invite you to meditate and unwind. When it’s time to explore, you’ll be pleased to find the beauty of Monopoli right at your doorstep. In just 10 minutes by car, you can stroll through its cobblestone streets and visit the imposing fortress Castello Carlo V, as well as admire the limestone cliffs from one of the nearby beaches.
