Step inside and come to the open-plan lounge/diner where an open fire awaits you at the end of an exciting day, throw a log on the fire and warm yourself on one of the two sofas. In the corner a dining table with a quaint little bench and stools seat four and will be a perfect spot to serve up a delicious meal. Prepare your food in the pretty kitchen with sky blue units and white tiles, hosting the appliances you need including an electric oven and hob and a washing machine. When it's time to rest your head, choose from two bedrooms; the twin room is delightfully presented with classic timber bed frames, bright walls and windows offering views of the luscious green outside. Benefited by plenty of storage with a large fitted wardrobe, the double room is spacious and features a decorative fireplace adding to the charm of the room, making it a tranquil setting to wind down at the end of the day. For a great day out travel over to Donegal Town, visit Donegal Castle built back in 1474 on the River Eske for defensive reasons and once taken by the Vikings when they invaded, it still stands today, walk along the Bank Walk found just out of the centre of town which follows the west bank of the River Eske leading to Donegal Bay, or hop on a Donegal Bay Waterbus and be given a tour from the water. For keen anglers visit Killybegs and its deep sea fishing port, where you can take a fishing trip out with experienced fisherman to catch yourself a big one! For an unforgettable experience head to Slieve League sea cliffs, where it feels like you are standing at the edge of the world, offering dramatic views of the ruggedly beautiful Irish coastline. Inver is a village in County Donegal, lying between Killybegs and Donegal Town, it lies on the coast and was once an important whaling post in Ireland. Home to a village shop run by a local family which also acts as the local post office, as well as a pub Rising Tide Bar. Donegal Town is just over 7-miles away and boasts a variety of attractions including Donegal Castle, Donegal Railway Heritage Centre, boat trips along the River Eske and of course a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
