The spacious wet room-style bathroom with painted brick walls is the ideal space to prepare for each day, while an on-site washing machine can be accessed a short walk from the property if required. The property is accessible for those with mobility issues so can cater for a variety of guest groups. In the mornings you can wake up and head to the milking parlour next door and pick up fresh milk; you can even help milk the herd if you wish to, while the hen coop can provide fresh farm eggs for a delicious breakfast. You can enjoy a variety of activities and experiences on the farm, including Llama Walks, interactive farm tours and holistic health experiences. Enjoy walks along the Erne Estuary, wander across the white sand of Tullan Strand, which offers ideal conditions for surfers, and venture into nearby Bundoran to discover a number of day out opportuinities, including a water park, an adventure park, a bowling alley, a coastal golf course and a beach with surfing and trout and salmon fishing opportunities. Ballyshannon, Ireland's oldest town, is just over a mile away at the mouth of the River Erne, boasting a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, while also enjoying panoramic views of mountains, lakes and forests.
