Take a break from self-catering with a stroll to the nearby bar, just a few metres from your front door, or visit Tramore (7.5 miles), famous for its beach, family-style amusements and racecourse. The UNESCO Copper Coast Geopark stretches along Waterford's rugged coastline from Tramore to the harbour town of Dungarvan (20 miles).
