The two-storey cottage stands within a walled garden of a 19th-century country house close to the River Clashawley. The cottage has separate access and its cheerful exterior beautifully sets up a stylish interior. The deceptively spacious lounge features comfortable furnishings that are arranged across from a wood burner and between an exposed wooden ceiling and wooden floors. The neighbouring kitchen/diner is equally airy, with sunlight feeding in through dual-aspect windows and doors during the day. Stairs in the kitchen/diner lead up onto a carpeted landing, off which are a spacious king-size and an equally large double bedroom. A family-sized bathroom is only a few paw prints away. A handy utility room is outside ready to deal with reminders of the day’s adventurers, while the lawns are surrounded by attractive shrubbery.

The estate offers a peaceful, private place to walk the dogs and offers facilities for stabling horses. The banks of the River Clashawley (within 0.5 miles) are popular with runners, cyclists and water sports lovers.
