Boasting spectacular views over Bantry Bay, a peaceful, rural setting and spacious airy rooms, this property is ideal for families or groups of friends, and a perfect base from which to tour the area. Visit nearby Glengarriff, a renowned beauty spot, and its nature reserve, or take a walk along one of the peninsulas or coastal walks, and sample some of County Cork's beautiful scenery. With its beautiful backdrop, spectacular views, abundance of walking from the doorstep and Glengarriff and Bantry close by, this lovely Ireland property has something to offer everyone.
The charming village of Glengarriff sits at the head of Glengarriff Bay and has numerous natural attractions that are very popular with visitors. There is a nature reserve, golf course and gardens at Garnish Island, and walking can be found on the peninsulas of Mizen. Beara and Sheep's Head, all of them offering miles of unspoiled coastline. The house and gardens at Bantry are nearby as are MacGillicuddy's Reeks, Dunboy Castle at Castletownbere, and the Caha Mountain Range. This area offers a spectacular backdrop for a memorable holiday in this beautiful region.
