Kilkee 4 miles. A delightful coastal cottage situated on the owner's land and close to the popular town of Kilkee, County Clare. This Kilkee cottage is situated on the edge of the estuary with stunning sea views and comprises comfortable open plan accommodation that is ideal for those looking to relax and unwind. Situated a stone's throw from the Atlantic, this Kilkee cottage has an inviting sitting area as well as a ground floor bedroom and two additional bedrooms upstairs. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area provides a perfect setting for socialising with friends and family after a long day exploring the sights. The immediate coastline is renowned for birdwatching with many species to be viewed and admired in their natural habitat. The town of Kilkee is one of Ireland's premier seaside destinations with a beautiful mile long beach that provides safe swimming opportunities. You can indulge in a spot of scuba diving, take a dolphin watching trip or simply wander along the majestic cliff and country paths and enjoy the invigorating sea air. The county of Clare possesses its own unique identity with its rural landscape and characteristic stone walls. The stunning Cliffs of Moher are well worth a visit as is the mystical Burren with its range of flora and fauna. This Kilkee cottage is also close to the Shannon ferry across to Kerry meaning a day trip to Killarney or Dingle is within easy reach. With a welcoming atmosphere and picturesque location, this Kilkee cottage is a fantastic getaway at any time of the year.

Kilkee is a seaside town on the coast of County Clare with a gently sloping, sandy beach. Kilkee has a variety of cafes and restaurants specialising in locally caught fish and shellfish. The pubs and lounge bars have regular music competitions, traditional Irish nights, cabaret, dancing and pub theatre.
