Guests say

Guests have praised 19 River Glen for its ample space, secure garden, and convenient location in Curracloe village, close to beaches and amenities. The property is well-equipped, particularly for families and pet owners, and the owner is noted for being helpful and responsive. While some guests mentioned the need for updates to furniture and minor maintenance, the overall experience is highly regarded.

Most guests found the property to be clean and well-kept, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness upon arrival, such as dirty cups and outdoor furniture, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to local amenities, the beach, and Wexford town. The central position in the village and the ease of access to various attractions make it an ideal spot for visitors.

The property is generally considered comfortable, with spacious rooms and a large garden. However, several reviews suggest that the sitting room furniture, particularly the sofa, needs replacing, which affects the comfort level for some guests.

The house is well-equipped for a holiday stay, with a modern heating system, large kitchen, and garden facilities. Some guests mentioned the need for maintenance, such as the back door repair and updating of patio furniture, but overall the facilities meet guests' needs.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Quiet street and short stroll to pub/shop. 5 minute drive to excellent sandy dog friendly beach with coffee shop, changing facilities, surf school. House was cosy with everything you need to cook - warm and welcoming to come home to every evening. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely base to explore Wexford. Only 10mins to Wexford town with large supermarkets.

The house is very well appointed with all the usual amenities and the owner was most helpful with any inquiries we had, while totally respecting our privacy. There is a well stocked Centra shop within a few minutes walking distance, which we appreciated and Curracloe beach likewise. Wexford town is within easy driving distance.
