It was warm and Cosy. It was festively decorated for the Xmas season. We were provided with every facility we needed. These small thoughtful touches meant a lot.

The bathroom shelf over sink a bit low and missed a soft light in living area. Would highly recommend oak tree cottage.

We were delighted to find such a lovely 'welcome package' thank you! The house was spotlessly clean & comfortable with everything we could possibly need supplied to start our holiday. The house is very central, just outside the town and so peaceful and quiet. The only minus we found was the glass shelf over the washhand basin was too low for comfort otherwise everything was perfect. We would highly recommend Rose Cottage to everyone
