This studio-style annexe is attached to the owner's property, overlooking lush green fields on a quiet private road and providing wheelchair access. Take in the breath-taking scenery as you enter the quaint cottage, where the outdoor area holds wooden seating for you to breathe in the fresh country air whilst sipping on your morning coffee. Inside the annexe is an open-plan living space with contemporary fittings and stylish features, composed of a kitchen, dining area, lounge space and king-size bed. Open up a bottle of wine as you wind down on the snug sofa, located in eye shot of a large TV for an intimate film night. Rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal for a personalised date night, the kitchen area is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave, and rests behind a lovely dining table, perfect for all your meals. A king-size bed awaits you after a day of exploring the nearby beaches, fields and attractions, falling asleep will be easy on this quiet private road. The inclusive wet room is where you'll spend your morning getting ready for the day, decorated with classy white marble storage and a spacious shower. Sitting right on a footpath that leads you to Donaghmore Bay this property is located just a 4 minute walk away a perfect way to blow away the cobwebs and enjoy some fresh air. Ballygarrett is a charming village, acting as the perfect base for a relaxing visit to the picturesque landscapes of Ireland, and although the village is quiet, they have a great choice of pubs and a shop for any essentials. This hidden gem of a location has lots to offer, placed in a fantastic destination for walks and drives to nearby hot spots, including a selection of beautiful sandy beaches such as Ardamine, Courtown, and Ballymoney. For an action-packed day out, Gorey town centre is easily accessible, home to local pubs, restaurants, independent shops, a mini farm, a 7-screen cinema and a skatepark. The market town of Gorey is in close distance, a popular commuter town to Dublin and home to independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants and family friendly attractions. Ballygarrett is a great location for exploring County Wexford, in driving distance from Wicklow, Courtown, and Ballycastle.
