The sun room is particularly lovely and a large kitchen diner too. The view from the garden is spectacular of the mountain backdrop. A great area to explore, lots of beaches, can walk to local beach at Tully in approx 25 minutes. Good communication with Vincent also. We would definitely recommend Ben view.
