The property provides a range of amenities, though some updates and tidying of the exterior are suggested.

The cottage received mixed feedback on cleanliness. While some guests found it very clean, others noted issues with stained sheets and hairs in the bathrooms, indicating room for improvement in thoroughness.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and proximity to Clifden, Connemara National Park, and other attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.

Comfort levels are generally good, with a homely atmosphere and thoughtful provisions. However, suggestions for better-quality bed linens and coat hooks for convenience during rainy weather indicate some areas could be enhanced.

The owner of the property was great, and when there was a problem with the cooker he fixed it as quickly as possible. Thank you.

It was difficult to know it was the right cottage as there is no name on the gate but at least the photo looked like the property. I have some mobility problems and was a bit shocked at the high steps and steep slope up to the property, it was particularly difficult to carry our bags up from and down to the car. No problems with the cottage except that the heating did not work on the timer, so it was on with the switch and turned off when we didn't need it. Otherwise everything was fine especially the friendly Robin!
