    About this property

The peaceful and spacious Koroni Villa offers an enchanting view of the Ionian Sea and direct access to Dunes Beach in Costa Navarino. This luxurious 3-bedroom property features a private infinity pool and an elevated ocean-view hot tub, as well as its own gym, sauna and spa – as well as access to the many facilities of the Romanos Resort.

A sweeping sea view provides the backdrop to the spacious terrace with seating, sun loungers and a dining area with barbecue. The infinity pool is a generous size at 72.5 sqm, and the wonderful views from the upstairs hot tub are also not to be missed.

Inside, the house has a gym, private sauna and spa area, as well as a well-equipped media room with Bang & Olufsen technology. The main living space offers comfortable seating areas in striking surroundings, with a central fireplace, audio system and home cinema. There is also a dining area on the same floor, and a king-size and twin bedroom, both with en suite bathroom, large wardrobe and a private balcony.

You can take the stairs or the elevator to the upper floor, where the master bedroom is impressively palatial – a four-poster king-size bed, plasma screens and decadent en suite are just some of the features, and you have direct access to the hot tub too.

In addition to the many amenities of the villa, you have access to a range of resort facilities, including two golf courses, a spa and fitness centre and a variety of restaurants and bars. A 24-hour butler and a concierge service also ensure that everything you may require is taken care of.

Beyond the resort, you can take part in all kinds of sports and outdoor activities, made all the more enjoyable due to this region’s stunning, unspoilt landscapes. There are also thousands of years of Greek history to uncover, with Ancient Messini, the Palace of Nestor and Olympia among possible excursions.Costa Navarino combines a rich history with spectacular beaches and a chilled-out vibe. Largely free from mass tourism, it remains a pretty and enchanting place to discover, with the breath-taking views of the Ionian Sea alone making it worth doing so.

The unspoilt countryside makes it an area perfect for outdoor activity, and much is on offer to visitors. The Navarino Outdoor Academy organises cycling, hiking and Nordic walking tours, as well as indoor and outdoor climbing, with plenty of help and instruction available. There are also courts for a variety of racquet sports, while those who want to explore the mysteries of the deep have a Divers’ Club offering lessons in scuba and snorkelling.

Voidokilia Beach is a local treasure well worth seeking out, with its distinctive loop shape and sand dunes leading it to be called one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. Also nearby is the Gialova lagoon, one of Europe’s most important wetlands, which is the place any bird-lovers will want to head to.

There is plenty of historical interest in the region, with Ancient Messini dating back to 369 BC – go to check out its well-preserved fortification walls which extend for several miles. The Temple of Apollo at Bassae was ahead of even the Acropolis in being listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is one of the country’s finest surviving examples of classical architecture, while the elaborate Palace of Nestor offers another fascinating insight into Mycenaean times.

Those who would prefer to explore the area’s natural beauty will not be disappointed either, with lakes, waterfalls, vineyards and olive groves adding to the richness of the Peloponnese landscape. The Villa
