Just eight and a half kilometres from Zakynthos International Airport, the villa is also accessible by ferry via the port of Agios Nikolaos. Guests can stroll to nearby Pantokratoros to discover traditional stone churches and welcoming local cafés and bars, while essential amenities are a short drive away.

Ideally located, the villa is close to the lively resort of Laganas and the peaceful Kalamaki, home to one of the island’s best beaches. Laganas offers a vibrant mix of waterfront shops, restaurants, water sports, and nightlife, along with thermal springs and protected turtle nesting sites. Tsilivi, just fifteen minutes away by car, has sandy shores, jet skis, parasailing, and the renowned Pure Beach Club.
