The villa is just three kilometres from Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport, close to Gouvia Marina for private yacht moorings and within easy reach of the main port for island-hopping adventures.

A small sandy beach lies directly in front of the villa, offering gentle access into the clear waters. The west coast is known for its varied shoreline: Glyfada and Kontogialos are ideal for watersports, Ermones offers a more peaceful setting, and Agios Gordios is particularly popular with families.

Mandouki, the villa’s neighbourhood, is characterised by seventeenth-century churches, Venetian mansions and charming stone pathways. Nearby, Corfu Old Town, a unesco World Heritage Site, reveals layers of ancient Greek, Venetian, French and British influence. Wander through winding streets to discover fortresses, palaces, museums, lively squares, churches and an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés.

Further highlights include Achilleion Palace and Mon Repos Palace, as well as olive oil and wine tours that showcase the island’s culinary heritage. For evenings out, beach clubs in Glyfada and Acharavi are lively choices, while Sidari, Acharavi and Kavos offer late-night entertainment.
