Villa Leda is a stone-built villa with traditional wooden features, arranged across two split levels connected by an internal staircase. Designed to accommodate four guests comfortably, with space for an additional guest on the living room sofa, the villa combines practical interiors with views towards the private swimming pool and sea.
The main level features an open-plan kitchen and living area, along with a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with retro-style appliances and includes a dining table for indoor meals. Alongside it, the living area has a comfortable sofa, fireplace, air conditioning and adjustable lighting. Large French windows bring in natural light and look out towards the pool and sea.
A short staircase leads to the raised sleeping level, where there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, television and air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds that can be joined together on request. Both rooms also feature French windows providing direct access to the upper outdoor area and further views across the surroundings.
The outdoor area centres around a private swimming pool, accompanied by sun loungers, cushioned stone seating and an outdoor shower. The surrounding garden includes olive and fruit trees, as well as a vegetable and aromatic herb garden. Guests can also make use of a barbecue, outdoor dining table, shaded pergolas and a swing, providing several spaces for dining and relaxing outside.
With its stone and wood design, flexible sleeping arrangements and indoor spaces opening towards the pool and sea, Villa Leda provides a comfortable base for couples, small families or groups of up to five guests.
Lefkada is part of Greece’s Ionian Islands, characterised by a mountainous landscape, traditional villages and a coastline dotted with beaches and sheltered bays. On the southeastern coast, Sivota is a small harbour village with a selection of waterfront tavernas and cafés overlooking the boats in the bay. Villa Leda is positioned towards the end of Sivota Bay, providing a peaceful setting with a sense of privacy while remaining within convenient reach of the sea.
There are plenty of beaches to explore across Lefkada, with the island’s west coast particularly known for its dramatic cliffs and clear waters. Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma are among the best-known options, while the more sheltered bays along the east and south coasts provide calmer conditions for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.
Exploring by boat is another popular way to experience the island, with day cruises and private boat hire available for visiting secluded coves and neighbouring islands. Sivota is well placed for sailing, while nearby Vasiliki is a popular centre for windsurfing and a range of other water sports.
Further inland, visitors can discover olive groves, walking routes and traditional hillside villages, many with local tavernas and viewpoints across the surrounding countryside. Lefkada Town, at the northern end of the island, offers a livelier atmosphere with pedestrian streets, shops, cafés, restaurants and a marina. Lefkada is also linked to mainland Greece by a causeway, allowing visitors to reach the island by road without the need for a ferry.
