Located in the village of Sarlata, near Argostoli, Villa Citran offers a comfortable and well-equipped base for your stay on Kefalonia. One of a pair of twin villas, it features spacious interiors and sea views extending across the surrounding landscape. Villa Citran combines modern, minimalist architecture with traditional Kefalonian design. It has three bedrooms, each with its own contemporary en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living space includes comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with Italian appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker.
Next door is Villa Gunther, separated by a dense Leyland fence for privacy. Both villas stand independently on their own 1000m² plots, with the option to rent both properties together for larger groups.
Outside, there is a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a terrace with outdoor dining facilities, barbecue, and sea views. Guests can relax on the terrace or take a dip in the pool while enjoying the landscape and sunsets. A welcome pack and a bottle of local wine are provided upon arrival.
The villa is set across three floors. The upper level contains two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The lower level features a twin bedroom with a walk-in shower and its own private entrance, accessible via an outdoor staircase leading to the garden and pool.
