Comprising two neighbouring villas, the estate offers a convenient option for larger families or groups travelling together while providing separate living spaces. Its location also provides a good base for exploring Western Crete, with beaches, local restaurants and attractions within the surrounding area.
The estate offers eight bedrooms across the two villas, alongside multiple living, kitchen and dining areas. Interiors feature a light colour palette, natural materials and contemporary furnishings.
The larger villa is arranged over two levels and has six bedrooms. The main level features an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with large windows and patio doors overlooking the surroundings. There are three bedrooms on this level, comprising two doubles and one twin, each with an en-suite bathroom.
The lower level provides an additional open-plan living area as well as a wine cellar. Three further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a shared bathroom and access to a private balcony with mountain views.
The second villa accommodates guests across two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is also an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with large windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space when required.
Outside, each villa has its own infinity pool and terrace with a shaded pergola. The outdoor areas provide space for swimming, relaxing and dining outdoors, with views towards the Aegean Sea.

Beach View Estate enjoys a peaceful setting on the shores of Korfalonas in Western Crete, surrounded by the region’s beautiful rural landscape. Despite its tranquil position, the estate is just a short drive from the lively town of Kissamos, where visitors can discover traditional tavernas, shops and an authentic taste of Cretan life. The historic city of Chania is also within easy reach and is well worth a day trip for its atmospheric Venetian harbour, picturesque Old Town and excellent restaurants.
The estate is ideally placed for exploring Western Crete’s spectacular coastline. Korfalonas lies between Mavros Molos and Drapanias Beach, along a wonderful stretch of coast between Kissamos and the Rodopos Peninsula where a succession of beaches offers plenty of choice for days beside the Aegean. Backed by a fertile, green valley, the small hamlet of Korfalonas retains a relaxed, rural character away from the busier tourist resorts.
Korfalonas Beach itself is a quiet mix of sand and fine shingle, making it an inviting spot for an easy-going day by the sea. There are a couple of traditional tavernas close to the beach, while sunbeds and umbrellas are available to hire. Adding a touch of history to the scenery is the striking ruin of an old Venetian building overlooking this peaceful corner of the coast.
For those arriving by air, Chania International Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away, making Beach View Estate both wonderfully secluded and conveniently accessible.
