The property is surrounded by large gardens featuring a private heated pool, floodlit boules pitch, swings and a barbecue. Set on a quiet road, the villa is exceptionally peaceful whilst only a short 10 minute walk to Montagnac centre, which has several food shops, cafes and restaurants. Electric gates open onto the long drive, parking area and gardens making the villa both secure and private.

This huge villa, with tiled floors and many original paintings (the owner is an artist) is a real home from home, a great place to relax with friends and family. Inside Les Ecureuils you will find 3 double bedrooms (2 of which have ensuite bathrooms) 2 twin rooms and 1 triple room.

All bedrooms include an electric fan. In addition to the 2 ensuite bathrooms there is a large family bathroom, a separate shower room, a downstairs WC and shower/WC near the pool. There is a very well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining room and a garden room with cane chairs, sofa and a large dining room table for 14. Patio doors open out onto the swimming pool area, the perfect spot to retreat from the heat of the sun!

The 10m x 5m South facing heated pool is sunny all day and well into the evening, after dark it can be floodlit. There are 10 sun beds, a storeroom for outdoor games and toys and a shower room with toilet. The pool is fitted with an alarm system for your safety. Walk through the gardens and you will find a boules pitch, large lawns, swings and table tennis. There is also a lovely outside dining area featuring a gorgeous Moroccan table seating 14 and barbecue.
