The charming Villa Eunoia is a three storey property with six spacious ensuite double bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests, and is ideal for a large family holiday, or a friends’ getaway. Boasting stunning sea views, lush lawns, and a private swimming pool, the villa offers an idyllic retreat. The ground floor hosts a light and airy open-plan living space, seamlessly connected to the pool terrace. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs facing a flat-screen television, the living area provides a cozy spot to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to cater to your needs, while an elegant eight-seater dining set is perfect for indoor entertaining. Completing the ground floor amenities are a convenient coffee station and a guest cloakroom.
Take the lift or stairs to the upper floor where the Master Suite has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a television and a safe. Its ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity unit, and WC. Step out onto the glass-fronted, sea-view balcony, furnished for relaxation as you watch the sunrise. This floor also houses three equally well-appointed bedrooms, each with a double bed and ensuite shower room. On the lower floor you will find the fifth and sixth bedrooms, also with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Villa Eunoia can be found on the beachfront of an exclusive gated resort overlooking beautiful Konnos Bay, on the island of Cyprus, set in the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The nearest international airport is Larnaca, a sixty kilometre scenic drive to your luxury holiday home. The resort is surrounded by the Cape Greco National Park, which includes the National Park Forest for hikes in nature, and the 200 metre long Konnos Beach, with its soft golden sands, and crystal clear waters, which are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and water sports.
The holiday hot spot resort of Ayia Napa is nine kilometres along the coast, where you can visit the sixteenth century monastery, and the Thalassa Municipal Museum, to learn a little of the history and culture of the island. Charter a yacht, or join a boat trip to dolphin watch, and discover secret bays and hidden caves. In the other direction picturesque Protaras is renowned for the golden sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay, a promenade where you can stroll or cycle along the coast, and the church of Profitis Elias, with breath-taking sea views.
In the evening go to Ayia Napa or Protaras, sip cocktails in lively bars, feast on freshy caught sea food by the sea shore, then dance until dawn at one of the many fashionable clubs.
