Villa Ayia Triada holds an idyllic location on a quiet complex in the lovely area of Ayia Triada area, just a short distance away from the lively resort of Protaras where a wider range of amenities and nightlife can be found. The gorgeous Trinity Beach is within eye sight and restaurants and bars are just a short stroll away.
The villa has been beautifully designed with a relaxed nautical theme, the light colour scheme helps to create a sense of calm and tranquillity. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bright and spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of an open-plan living and dining room, patio doors lead to the pool terrace and help let in plenty of Cyprus sunshine. Also on this level is the modern fitted kitchen which comes fully equipped with all the necessary modern amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Upstairs on the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The further two bedrooms, a double and a twin share a balcony, from which sea views can be enjoyed and share the use of the family bathroom.
The outside space is equally as attractive. The large private pool is the perfect place to cool off after a long day soaking up the sun on the beach. The dining area comes complete with a handy barbecue and is excellent for those looking to indulge in some al fresco dining while in sunny Cyprus.
The secluded coastal area of Ayia Triada is one of the most popular residential areas within the Pernera region, it makes a perfect relaxing base, nestled between the resorts of Kapparis and Protaras. Here just a short stroll from the villa is sandy Trinity Beach which boasts shallow waters perfect for younger visitors as well as a handful of helpful restaurants and bars, being just a 5-minute journey away from the livelier resorts means guests are never far from a wider selection of shops, nightlife and restaurants. Ayia Napa itself with its buzzing nightlife is just a 15-minute drive away. The closest airport is Larnaca, conveniently situated 45-minutes away.
