About this property

On the north-western coast of the island, Villa Roka provides a stylish lifestyle during your stay on Brač. This ultra-modern property enjoys truly magnificent ocean views, best enjoyed from the spacious terrace with its heated pool and hot tub.

This 4-bedroom villa is suitable for up to 8+2 guests and is located just 150m from the beach in Sutivan. With views down towards the pretty village, it offers a peaceful setting to relax in. Right beside the pool, you have an array of sun loungers, and a dining area with a barbecue and summer kitchen. A lovely hot tub and chilled out seating area enjoy a breath-taking view of the ocean.

Step inside and you’ll find yourselves in an attractive, open-plan space, incorporating the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Furnishings are modern and on point, while the large windows let in both the sea view and lots of light.

The sleek sense of design continues into the villa’s four bedrooms, each of which comes with a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom. In addition, there’s a sauna cabin and a room with fitness equipment, and a second lounge with fireplace and panoramic views. Virtually every convenience you could think of is taken care of at Villa Roka, among them air-conditioning, satellite TV, parking and Wi-Fi.

The island of Brač is a delightful place to discover, and you can make a good start in Sutivan itself. You will immediately notice the striking Baroque bell tower of the Church of the Ascension from your vantage point at the villa, just one of this peaceful village’s notable buildings.

The pretty harbourside makes a lovely place to stop for dinner, while the hills and forests in the surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling. Around 10-15 minutes’ drive east is the island’s largest town, Supetar, which has more historic sights and pretty beaches to enjoy.

Just off Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast, the beautiful island of Brač is considered less touristy than Hvar or Korčula to the south – you will be charmed by its pretty harbours, small towns and forests. Brač is also famous for its beautiful white stone, used to construct the landmark Diocletian’s Palace in Split, just across the water.

It’s easy to combine a trip to the island with a stay on the mainland. Regular ferry links to Brač can be found in Split and Makarska. It’s a geographically impressive island, as proven by its beaches, vineyards and mountains. Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the island, offers some fabulous views at an altitude of 778m.

You may arrive on the island at Supetar, its largest town. It’s well worth stopping a while to admire its pretty harbour and medieval streets, where you will find lots of little shops, charming cafés and an 18th-century church. On the opposite coast is one of Brač’s most popular beaches, Zlatni Rat, providing great windsurfing conditions where it extends into the Adriatic.

During your time on Brač, you may want to venture over to the neighbouring island of Šolta. It’s now possible to take a catamaran trip from Milna to Rogač, without the need to cross to the mainland and back out as was previously the case. Be sure to pay a visit to the award-winning destination of Maslinica, with its secluded beaches and fragrant pine woods.
