In a laidback community close to the town of Sutivan on the northwest coast of Brač sits Villa Zuto, a luxurious holiday home with sea views. Just a short walk away are the idyllic waters that surround the island and lap its beautiful pebble beaches.
This villa oozes contemporary style in all of its spacious rooms, with clean lines and a cool, chic colour palette used throughout. The outside space is just as attractive and offers stunning sea views.
The main living space features a lounge area with a comfortable corner sofa positioned in front of a large flat screen television. However, you’ll probably spend most of your time making the most of the views that can be enjoyed through the patio doors that surround the living space. These offer direct access to the main terrace and help bring the outside in.
Some stairs take you up to the open-plan dining and kitchen area. Here you’ll find an elegant dining table that seats up to eight people, with the kitchen close by for easy meal serving. The kitchen itself is modern and fully-equipped with every amenity you could need. Patio doors open onto a lovely gravel courtyard with trees and plants.
There are three stunning bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen television and opulent ensuite bathroom. Two also have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, with one enjoying a sea-facing terrace for soaking up the peaceful views.
A sofa bed in one of the bedrooms can accommodate an additional two people. A fantastic feature of Villa Zuto is the fitness centre with its range of gym equipment, which includes a treadmill, exercise bike and weights. There’s also a table tennis table for enjoying a few games with friends or family.
The outside space features the main terrace with a private swimming pool as its impressive focal point. It’s also heated and features a beautiful waterfall feature.
Surrounding the pool is a selection of loungers, with an outdoor shower for cooling off. There’s also a dining area and barbecue for enjoying al fresco meals. The pebble beach is beautiful and rarely crowded, so it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. Great for swimming are the crystal clear waters, which are also very calm, making them ideal for children too. You can hire loungers and parasols for an even more chilled-out experience.
The town of Sutivan is just five minutes away by car, so all of its amenities and attractions couldn’t be much easier to reach. A wider choice of shops and supermarkets are available here, so it’s great for those bigger food shops and indulging in some retail therapy.
The marina is a lovely place to enjoy a stroll, with beautiful views over the sea to soak up, along with the laidback atmosphere. Sightseeing opportunities mostly revolve around the ancient churches to be found dotted around the town.
