Nestled along the coastline, in the village Povlja, northeast of the island of Brač, is the stunning villa Rebecca, sleeping eight guests. Spread out across three floors, this villa has all the charm and character needed for a luxury stay.
Bordering the island’s coastline, the property has direct access to the cooling waters of the Adriatic Sea. A secluded garden lies at the back of the villa on the hillside, looking out to sea. Tall trees create shade while also adding to the villa’s privacy, making you feel you are a world away from anyone else. Nestled amongst flower beds near the villa is an outdoor dining table with overhanging lamp for when the evenings draw in. Guests will love enjoying a delicious feast under the canopy of stars. An abundance of nature fills the gardens and at the top of the grounds, overlooking the sea, is a wooden patio encircling a large outdoor heated pool. Sun loungers and parasols are gathered around the pool.
The villa itself is a spectacular build with sleek finishes and elegant décor. The main family communal space is an open plan lounge and kitchen diner. Wooden floors run the length of the room with a wall of windows lets in an abundance of natural light facing the garden. The lounge has two long comfortable sofas facing a flat-screen TV and an open fireplace. Floral curtains hang from the windows as you walk through to the dining table and kitchen. Eight royal blue chairs surround a wooden table with white lighting fixtures overhead. The kitchen is modern with an island separating it from the dining table. You will have all the appliances you need including a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and more importantly an espresso coffee machine and ice maker.
The ground floor is also host to two of the four bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, an adjoining ensuite and plenty of storage for everyone to settle into. Upstairs on the first floor is the master bedroom. With a private balcony and lounge area there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peace this corner of Croatia has. The ensuite is modern and comes with a walk-in shower and a free-standing bath.
A fourth bedroom is in the basement with access to the gardens on the other side of the house. Here you will also find your own private sauna and spa facilities - perfect after a long day of exploring. This villa has all the space you and your loved ones need for a slick holiday along the Croatian coast. The villa offers two bicycles, diving equipment (fins, masks), as well as two paddleboards and one kayak so there is no excuse not to enjoy the Adriatic Sea right from your doorstep. You will leave wishing you stayed longer.

The island's largest town, Supetar is only 25km away from the villa and has accessible links to the beloved city Split by ferry. The town also has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and narrow streets to explore.
Mountain biking and hiking are popular and the island is well equipped to accommodate them. Home to the highest peak of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea, Vidova Gora. Once at the top, you will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the coastline and the islands that inhabit the sea. Brač is also home to one of the most spectacular beaches. Also known as the golden cape by many travel articles, Zlatni Rat beach is a natural beach with the clear water of the sea surrounding the white sands on both sides of the peninsula.
If you are up for an adventure further out to sea, sail around the island or take a kayaking tour- enjoying the calm of hidden coves and bays and view the island from a new perspective. Take swims in the cooling waves or snorkel to get a look at the colourful world under the surface. Go one step further and take lessons in scuba diving, exploring shipwrecks and the sea bed up close with a qualified instructor. Less than an hour ferry ride from Supetar, is the famed city of Split. With bricked architecture that dates back nearly two thousand years ago, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city. See how the people of Split have reclaimed a Roman Emperors’ home when visiting Diocletian’s Palace. Surrounded by high columns, detailed entrances and imposing arches you can immerse yourself in the past while exploring a host of shops, bars and cafes that now reside within its walls. It’s not difficult to find either as its walls are integrated into the narrow streets of the old town, merging the palace into the rest of the city. The alleys create a maze into the past, with detailed bricked architecture withstanding all that has come after its erection, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city.
