From the moment you arrive at Villa Olegs the atmosphere is laid-back and playful, with beautiful interiors, spacious terraces and plenty of room to entertain! With its own outdoor football pitch, swimming pool and an indoor billiards room, both kids and adults will be in heaven, enjoying the tranquil setting and space away from day to day lives to simply relax, enjoy and play!
The villa is located in the peaceful village of Kaštel Stari, between Trogir and Split City. You have access to the stunning beaches of Kaštela Bay as well as trails leading up to the Kozjak mountain where you can delight in the breath-taking views.
Once you arrive at the villa itself, it is spread out over three floors, with each one offering a new luxury touch. Split into two parts, the villa works well for two families travelling together, with plenty of room for twelve guests. In total throughout the property there are six spacious bedrooms and five modern bathrooms. Each room boasts comfy beds and plenty of storage for your belongings, so you can un-pack and settle in, heading straight out to the pool to relax!
Each part of the villa has its own spacious living area, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living space. Open-plan in style, these two living areas are perfect for social groups, with everyone coming together in one space to enjoy quality time. Just imagine some of you are curled on the sofas chatting about the day’s events, whilst others gather around the dining table nibbling on snacks and opening a bottle of chilled wine, as the nominated cooks for the evening start preparing delicious salads to go with a barbecue on the terrace!
