The outdoor spaces are a highlight. A 50m² heated infinity pool with hydromassage jets sits on the main terrace, positioned to make the most of the coastal panorama. Guests can spend long afternoons on the sun deck, enjoy relaxed meals in the covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, or unwind in the lounge corners overlooking Split and the surrounding islands.

Inside, the villa offers three separate living areas, creating plenty of room for both socialising and quiet moments. A fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the pool terrace for easy indoor-outdoor living, while the private spa zone - complete with a Finnish sauna, whirlpool and relaxation area - adds an extra level of comfort.

Each of the five bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy for every guest. Families are particularly well catered for, with a children’s play area, games and spacious communal areas designed for spending time together.

Villa Plavi San is located in the hillside above Podstrana, a coastal village just south of Split, offering wide views across the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands. From this elevated position, guests can enjoy a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of the coast and local amenities.

The nearest pebble beaches are around a 10-minute drive away, where you will also find beach bars, waterfront restaurants and small supermarkets along Podstrana’s coastal road. The historic city of Split, approximately 10km away, is easily reached by car and offers plenty to explore, including the unesco-listed Diocletian’s Palace, lively cafés, markets and ferry connections to islands such as Brač and Hvar.

For those interested in outdoor activities, the nearby town of Omiš and the Cetina River provide opportunities for rafting, canyoning and boat trips through dramatic scenery. Day trips further along the Dalmatian coast could include the waterfalls of Krka National Park or visits to historic towns such as Šibenik and Primošten.
