Situated 30km from from Šibenik and the center of the Dalmatian coast, Rogoznica is especially popular with boaters thanks to one of the safest and most beautiful ports in the Adriatic. Casa Jelen offers stylish and modern interiors, with elegant furnishings and a relaxed atmosphere. The villa itself is split into four apartments, but is rented as a whole, allowing up to 15 guests to comfortably fit into the spacious property. On the ground floor, there are two one-bedroom apartments, both equipped with double bedrooms, bathrooms and spacious living areas with kitchenettes. Up on the first floor, there are two further apartments. The first of which is a studio apartment with a double bed, private bathroom and open-plan living and dining area. The final apartment can accommodate up to four guests between a double bedroom on the first floor and a twin room on the mezzanine level. This apartment also boasts a spacious open-plan living and dining area with kitchenette. If all this is not enough, there is even a small tavern at the villa equipped with a modern kitchen and dining area and cloakroom, perfect for rustling up a feast for the whole group.

Outside, the spacious terrace is carefully designed to offer the privacy. The glistening waters of the private swimming pool sit central on the terrace, tempting you to climb in, with relaxing sunbeds surrounding it. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a stone cooker where you can dine al-fresco. Casa Jelen offers ample space to socialise as a group, whilst also finding peaceful moments to yourself, a perfect Croatian retreat!

The Villa offers a great location for families and large groups. Rogoznica has 54km of coastline, it is a popular tourist destination due to the many beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. This is the most protruded part of the Croatian mainland, extending deeply into the Adriatic Sea, making it a hub for sailing, diving and water sports. Daily excursions to other nearby areas are popular, with the Unesco city of Trogir close by and boat trips to various islands on offer. Rogoznica is a great starting point on the mainland, and even better at the sea, beside of its outstanding location, it is the safest harbor on the Adriatic Sea. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities for your enjoyment. Casa Jelen can even offer its own boat mooring on request, if you decide to explore more of the stunning area by sea!
