About this property

A penthouse apartment overlooking shimmering, azure seas, tops the list of most people’s dream holiday accommodation - and we can offer you just that! Leda Apartment is part of an exclusive Croatian holiday resort hugging the Dalmatia coastline; a 2 bedroom penthouse that accommodates up to 4 people and boasts everything you would expect from a VIP holiday experience.

Modern and spacious throughout, the apartment boasts floor to ceiling doors and windows, ensuring that whether you’re lounging on one of the cream sofas, enjoying breakfast in your open plan living area, or just waking up, you always get to enjoy the breathtaking view across the Adriatic sea - and the view really is spectacular. Leda Apartment also features a surround balcony so that you can also take in the view outside, with the sun on your face and a cocktail in hand.

The decor of this luxurious penthouse is clean, fresh and bright, with plenty of white and cream accented by splashes of dark wood, shades of warm taupe and fawn, and just a sprinkle of olive and gold in the soft furnishings. The vibe of the apartment is a ‘home from home’, with LCD TV’s in the lounge and in both bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen complete with 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher - meaning that you can can self-cater your own family meals to enjoy at the dining table that seats 4 guests.

The apartment features a double bedroom and a twin room - ideal for a family of four or a group of friends. There is also a modern bathroom with a glass shower cubicle and an area to store towels and toiletries.

Leda Apartment is part of an exclusive one-of-a-kind resort in this area and boasts private parking, and access to a natural rocky beach. Another feature of choosing this luxury penthouse for your stay is the added extras that are available; whether you need a personal cook, butler, or babysitting service - or are interested in snorkelling courses or excursions with a private guide, it can all be a part of the VIP treatment available to those staying at Leda Apartment.

Leda Apartment is located in the picturesque town of Primosten, Dalmatia. Once a separate island, and a quaint fishing town, Primosten was linked to the mainland in the 16th century, and manages to marry both ‘then’ and ‘now’, with pretty stone houses and narrow, paved streets sitting happily alongside modern restaurants and taverns. Primarily known as a holiday resort, Primosten is now a favourite destination for those who crave a peaceful and relaxing stay, providing the perfect ‘base’ for your Croatian holiday. There is easy access to the other towns, cities and sights that Dalmatia has to offer - yet there is still plenty to enjoy in Primosten as a destination in its own right.

Strolling through the quiet streets and taking in the architecture is a favourite pastime of visitors here, as is dining in one of the fantastic restaurants in the town. One such favourite with tourists is Tavern Marina. Located right by the sea and with a penchant for sourcing locally produced ingredients, this popular eatery is well-known for its mouthwatering meat and fish dishes. If it’s after-dinner drinks you’re interested in, take a walk to Bau Bar where you’ll find a dazzling array of cocktails to tempt the taste buds.

Primosten is just a short trip from Sibenik - the ‘gateway to the Kornati Islands’ - and not a place to overlook while you are in this part of the world. This often underrated urban gem boasts historical wonders, uncrowded coastline and amazing wine - not to mention being one of the locations for the filming of the popular TV show, Game of Thrones. You’ll find the famous Cathedral of St James here, as well as the city museum, the impressive Franciscan Church and Monastery, and St Michael’s Castle, all stunning pieces of architecture that are well-worth visiting.

When you’ve taken in the sights and built up an appetite, why not sample some local cuisine at one of the many seafood restaurants that can be found hidden among the winding streets. Adriatic lobster, sea bass, squid and langoustines are all plentiful here - and be sure to wash it all down with some local wine. Winery Rak has been a family run operation in the area since 1960 and uses Babic and Marastine grapes to produce its white, red and rose wines. The small-scale production of this winery means it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to sample these wines in the UK, so once you’ve sampled their wares in their dedicated tasting room, be sure to snare a bottle to take home!
