Your villa is settled in the beautiful Opatija Hills, located within the Opatija Riviera of Croatia. Many come to Croatia for its spellbinding beauty and fairy tale prettiness, and although many areas are famed for their influx of tourists (you may have HBO series Game of Thrones to thank for that!), there are still vast areas of unspoilt prettiness prepared to transport you back to a simpler, slower time, a place where you can forget the modern world exists at all if you wish.
There is much nearby to explore including the small village of Ika, renowned for its fishing and shipbuilding past. There are a great number of nearby beaches, including Ika Beach. It has pebbles but the water is gentle, calm and clear. You can also breathe in that easy Adriatic air. Here you’ll find all that you might expect from a historic Croatian village; taverns raucous in their own way, restaurants serving up elegant seafood dishes (naturally it’s the speciality of the area) thanks to the climate, conditions and proximity to the water. There are also churches, boars bobbing gently along the harbour and scenic Croatian homes. What’s so wonderful is that you’ll soon find yourself easing into a calmer pace of life.

The host was super welcoming with us and did everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house and setting is really breathtaking. Having rented many properties it is difficult to find such quality. The views are simply bluffing (as pictured) and the amenities on offer are of excellent quality. We feel that special attention has been paid to every detail, which is very nice. The presence of a double clay tennis court, very well maintained both, is also a very big plus. In short, go there without a second thought, you won't regret your stay!

A fantastic place to stay! The view, the pool, the luxurious amenities, the almost private tennis court. We were to ourselves, that's what we wanted. A great service: Filip was always available and had great tips! The free charging of our electric car was also great! We will definitely be back when we are back in the area.
