Located in the tranquil village of Ribari, Villa Spela is perfect for those looking to enjoy some peace and tranquillity. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is completely relaxing, keeping our guests wanting to return time and time again.
The living spaces are spread out between the main house, pool house and annexe, making the layout ideal for a family with several generations travelling together or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy their own privacy. In the main house, there is a spacious living and dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious group meals, using the beautiful local ingredients. Within the same building, there are two large double bedrooms, both offering their own private en-suites and plenty of storage for your belongings. With doors leading out from the house to the terrace, there is a constant connection between the indoors and outdoors, with the pool glistening on the terrace and tempting you to head out into the sunshine!
Adjacent to the swimming pool you will find a bright and airy pool house, boasting two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The final twin bedroom is located in a separate annexe, with its own en-suite, offering its occupants moments of privacy away from the rest of the group. Within the annexe, any younger members of your group will be sure to find the playroom, equipped with darts and a pool table, it’s the perfect escape!
Outside, the living space is vast, with a beautiful terrace, garden and pool, all looking out across the attractive Croatian countryside. The area offers a selection of traditional heritage restaurants where you can enjoy the tastes of Istria, all adapting easily to the seasons of the year, utilising the best olive oils and a variety of exceptional local wines. Villa Spela is lucky to sit between two of Istria’s large resorts, with the cobbled streets of Rovinj and Poreč both nearby. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, just a thirty-minute drive from the villa. The closest beach is just 20km away, with beautiful shores where you can soak in the vast views across the sea. Lim Bay can also be reached within a 20-minute drive, part of the 35 km long Lim Valley (Draga), that stretches almost to the centre of Istria. This striking natural site is a must-visit during your stay, with very steep mountains rising out of the water's edge, in some parts even up to 100 meters. You can cycle, hike and explore the Valley, perfect for outdoor adventures.
