Villa Pomada is set in the coastal village of Ližnjan, on the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, with the historic city of Pula close by. Pula is the largest city in the region and is known for its attractive coastline, rich cultural heritage and lively Mediterranean feel.
Visitors can explore well-preserved Roman sites such as the Pula Arena Amphitheatre, which hosts concerts and events in summer, along with the Temple of Augustus and the Arch of the Sergii. The old town is full of narrow streets, historic buildings, museums and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés.
Beyond the city, the coastline is home to many scenic beaches, sheltered coves and small islands, making it ideal for swimming, boat trips and water sports.
