Villa Nikia is located in the quiet village of Divšići, just a ten-minute drive away from the centre of Vodnjan. This picturesque town perfectly encapsulates the rustic and romantic charm of Croatian Istria. With narrow cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and a rich cultural heritage, Vodnjan offers an authentic glimpse into the laidback Istrian way of life. Meanwhile, nearby Pula is the region’s stunning capital, famous for its coastal gems and vibrant marketplaces.
In Istria, the irresistible Adriatic coastline inevitably beckons. From Villa Nikia, the white pebble shores and crystal-clear waters of Peroj are only fifteen minutes away by car.
