Each morning, bright blue skies and the gentle sea breeze will entice you to venture outside to the villa’s private terrace, where you can sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee at the casual outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the morning sunshine, surrounded by fragrant orange trees and leafy laurel shrubs, before stretching out on a comfortable poolside sun lounger. Separate from the pool area, a rustic stone terrace with a pergola offers another charming dining area.

Stepping inside Villa Everlee, guests will be delighted to find an open-plan living space with contemporary charm and a warm, relaxed ambience. The lounge area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with various modern appliances and a charming dining area where everyone can come together to discuss the day’s adventures over a home-cooked feast. A double bedroom is also located on the villa’s ground floor, alongside a family bathroom with a shower.

The villa’s original stone staircase leads upstairs to three more delightful double bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features views of  Dubrovnik’s old town, the sparkling Adriatic Sea, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both remaining double bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard of the villa and the verdant garden. These bedrooms share a large marble bathroom with a shower.

Villa Everlee is situated just a five minute walk from the wonderful Old Town of Dubrovnik. The ancient, labyrinthine streets of Dubrovnik offer the perfect excuse to spend the afternoon wandering in the sunshine, taking in the city’s wonderful cultural landmarks. There are plenty of restaurants on offer within easy walking distance of the villa and offer you the opportunity to visit a local tavern and sample traditional Dalmatian delicacies such as black squid ink risotto or pašticada, a slow-cooked beef and pasta dish. A sip of rakija, a local brandy made from plums,  pomegranate and other fruits, is a tasty way to finish a leisurely meal in Dubrovnik.

Beyond the city streets of Dubrovnik, the shimmering Adriatic coastline beckons, offering visitors a treasure trove of rugged beaches to explore. Only a ten-minute stroll from the old town, Danče Beach is a secluded cove where locals like to take early-morning swims in the crystal-clear  water. The nearest beach to the city is pebbly Banje, just a few minutes from Ploče Gate. The shallow waters of Banje are excellent for family-friendly swimming, while the beach’s close proximity to the city makes it a very popular spot during the summer season.
