This wonderful villa is situated on the waterfront of the river, known locally as Rijeka Dubrovacka, close to Dubrovnik old town.

Stylishly furnished throughout, two of the bedrooms come with the added bonus of their own living quarters, with kitchenette and living room, allowing for extra privacy if needed.

The wonderful swimming pool is set at the back of the villa and is set with a large terrace area surrounding it. The outdoor dining facilities and the built in barbecue provide the perfect setting to enjoy a meal at any time of the day or simply just to enjoy a drink in the warm Croatian weather.

The wonderful walled old town of Dubrovnik can be found within a fifteen minute drive, hardly any time at all considering all that is to be found there.

Located in the Dubrovnik region of Croatia, which is often referred to as “The Pearl of the Adriatic” there is plenty of culture and sights to be explored in this area.

The walled old city of Dubrovnik has more than enough to keep your party entertained, regardless of age. There are a multitude of shops, restaurants and as well as the various historic sights, there’s the picturesque Marina and Port, and Banje Pebble Beach too.

Villa Toni is also within a short distance of the Dubrovnik bridge, a short stroll along the river Dubrovacka.

Villa Dubrovacka is a mere 30 kilometres from Dubrovnik airport.
