Situated in the heart of mid Devon you will be perfectly placed for exploring the whole of this popular county. The immediate area offers and array of amenities and attractions with a community store in the nearby village of Kennerleigh, selling a variety of local produce, meat to free range eggs and cider. In the nearby historic market town of Crediton there are shops, pubs and a bustling farmers market. Outdoor enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor within an hour s drive. Further afield is Tiverton castle, museum and canal country park. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Escot, Bickleigh Mill and numerous National Trust properties such as Killerton, and Castle Drogo. Stepping up into the adorable property you will immediately find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed. In the dining area there is breakfast bar and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast and your morning coffee before heading out for the day. After a day exploring relax in front of the TV and wood burner and plan the following days adventures. The compact kitchen area is equipped with an electric mini oven with two ring hob and a fridge with ice compartment. For your comfort there is an en suite shower and WC providing a comfortable stay in this beautiful rustic environment. Outside of the property there is a lovely secluded little patio area with a private hot tub, garden furniture with views of the lake and fields beyond. There is private off road parking for one car provided at the base of the field. Need to know: 1 double bed. 1 en suite shower room. Private hot tub.
