All guests using the Hot Tub are required to pay a weekly charge of £150.00, there is also a damage deposit of £100.00 which will be requested on arrival, and please do not allow children under the age of 10 in the hot tub.

There is a charge of £40 per pet at this property, with the cottage having a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £200, please be aware that if you bring a dog and do not clear up after them in the house or the garden, then your bond will be forfeited.

Please do not let dogs upstairs, in the bedrooms, or on soft furnishings.
