Everything you need and plenty of it. The beds are extremely comfortable. I was worried about it being behind a pub, but I never heard a sound all night, even with the window open. The Market place is right behind with a Market on most days. Clitheroe is a booming little town with lots of shops.

Itâs warm and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Parking is very easy and its location in the centre of Clitheroe is great. The market is almost on the doorstep and the pubs and cafes/ restaurants are welcoming. Despite being right in the town centre we have never been disturbed by noise or traffic. Clitheroe is a very friendly town with great walking in lovely countryside only a short distance away.
