(2.5 miles) are nearby, and the estuary beach at Instow across the river can be accessed via the seasonal passenger ferry. There are also several attractions in the area to suit all tastes and ages, including Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, and RHS Rosemoor Gardens (all within 12 miles).
