About this property

Malvern 2 miles. A superb top floor apartment part of the owners’ Victorian mansion, two miles from the town of Malvern in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Worcestershire. Boasting stunning, 40 mile countryside views, including views of the Three Counties Showground, this delightful holiday home is ideal for a couple or family with plenty to see and do within reach. You enter this property via external wooden steps to a decked area and then into a hallway where you can leave your walking boots and coats after a day’s walking. From here internal stone and carpeted stairs lead you to the apartment itself. Off a main corridor are the bedrooms and living areas, including a zip/link super king-size double and a king-size double, which also has a feature fireplace. Countryside views can be admired from both of these bedrooms, along with the bathroom and sitting room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, as well as a heated towel rail and the sitting room has a feature fireplace and is a lovely place to just relax after exploring the area. The final room in this wonderful apartment is the kitchen/diner with a washing machine just outside the room in the corridor. Outside there’s the convenience of off road parking, along with a decked area from where you may wish to enjoy a pre-dinner drink, and you can access the Malvern Hills via a private right of way. Alternatively you may wish to relax in part of the owners' garden. Just two miles away is the town of Malvern, where you will find farmers’ markets, antique fairs, shops, pubs and the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. Also in the area are National Trust properties, the beautiful Forest of Dean and the city of Worcester. An excellent Worcestershire apartment.

The beautiful Worcestershire town of Malvern is situated on the eastern side of the dramatic Malvern Hills. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the hills form a 9-mile range of ancient rock, which offers 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways with natural springs and long distance views in all directions. The town holds antiques fairs, WI country markets, farmers’ markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June.

This is the most beautiful property. Stunning views, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and extremely thoughtful touches that made our stay just perfect. We would love to come back during the warmer months as the gardens will be spectacular. Enormous thanks to our lovely hosts for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful home.

You have the whole of the top floor with its own entrance and amazing views from the spacious rooms . It is exceptionally well maintained with quality furniture and kitchen etc. It its own grounds and very few neighbours so very peaceful and set well away from the minor road linking Malvern to Ledbury. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful and kind but leave you alone so the apartment is totally private. Whilst in the least populated part of the Malverns there is a very well stocked tiny morrisons a five min walk and pub similar distance. 100% happy and even in a very wet week there is plenty to see and do nearby ( Ledbury, Malvern Worcester and Upton ) and two of the best pubs in the UK for being unique( Nags Head Malvern and Three Kings Handley Castle). A fabulous apartment in a brilliant location. Thanks

The house has a colourful history and the views are stunning. We found the walk to the town pleasant and Malvern is charming.
