Internally the property incorporates an array of lavish features including an indoor dip pool benefiting from sea views, a sauna room and games room with cinema.

Externally Trencrom Villa is equally as spectacular, utilising its elevated position to offer spectacular views across Carbis Bay and along the coast towards St Ives. The private garden is spread across different levels providing several seating and viewing areas. The property also benefits from off-road parking for up to four cars within the secure gated development.

For a truly unique experience take in a performance under the stars at the Minack Theatre, an open air theatre perched high on the rugged cliffs.

Cafes and world class restaurants offer a fest of culinary delights and the ideal opportunity to sample the freshly caught local produce. Many offer beautiful sea views and provide the perfect setting to relax after a busy day full of discovery.

...Villa Carbis Bay near St. Ives. The pre-booking info answered almost all of our questions and Rhona and Tonysupplied the arrival info in a very friendly and helpful manner. The property is FANTASTIC! Beautifully furnished and equipped. The whole family enjoyed the pool, the games room and the garden. The situation and the views from the villa are amazing. The beach just across the road is family friendly and never too crowded. What more can we say? A touch of Paradise for a week. We'll be back. ...wanted a villa that would allow us to share time together, accommodate us comfortably and cater for differing needs. Trencrom Villa certainly lived up to expectations. Whilst some of our group were happy to spend the day in the window seat or on the deck, taking in the views along the coast line, others made full use of the pool, games room and beach below. Being accessible to the town via coast path or train, the generous parking meant that cars could be left safely whilst the location allowed good access out of the area. The kitchen was well supplied with ample crockery, glassware, utensils and equipment so the self catering aspect was easy. The good sized barbecue was a bonus, although it is located some way from the dining area and kitchen. We did not have time to use the cinema facility - perhaps because the weather was kind and we preferred to watch the breathtaking view. St Ives has a unique charm which made us vow to return. ...the views were amazing. Everything you could want was there and it was very clean and comfortable thanks to Rhona and Tony. There were even fresh flowers waiting for us. We were a party of eleven adults ranging from 49 to 87 to celebrate a special birthday and I couldn't think of a better place to hold it! All the bed linen and towels were provided which was great. I must say I had the best birthday ever and this villa made it even more special. Thank you very much Submitted by Suzanne on 15/05/2016
