Renovated to an excellent standard with fabulous furnishings and homely touches. Holly Cottage is perfect for couples seeking a bolthole with such easy access to the acclaimed Blue Flag beach. While away the hours in the lounge; snuggle up by the wood burner to watch a favourite film, read a book or choose a game from the selection available in the cottage. Wander into the kitchen which offers the perfect space to prepare a romantic dinner for two; make use of the integrated appliances before sitting down at the dining table to toast to your holiday.

Step out to the rear garden where you can catch the last of the evening sun from the bistro table and chairs. Head up to the shower room before calling it a day and retreating to the king-size bedroom. Within a moment’s stroll you’ll be on Sea Palling Beach, an award-winning stretch of sand that is perfect for long walks, lounging and even partaking in a variety of watersport activities. On your return, stop off for a cocktail at Reefs Bar or across the road there is a popular Snack Bar if you need refuelling. Beautiful Sea Palling is a coastal community conveniently situated halfway between Great Yarmouth, Cromer, and Norwich. The Blue Flag-winning beach has its very own lifeboat and the benefit of having rnli lifeguards on duty every day. It also offers excellent sheltered swimming and watersports. With cafes, a tavern, an arcade, a post office, and a general shop, the community is well-served. If you want to explore the adjacent villages, the regular bus service is great, or you can rent a bike at the close-by Waxham Barns and take advantage of the peaceful, level country lanes. The neighbourhood is widely renowned for its population of grey seals, who may be seen lounging on the beaches of Sea Palling, Waxham, and Horsey. It also offers wonderful coastal trekking.     All high spec fittings. Lovely score garden for the dog and a great log burner. Would highly recommend this cottage for a romantic visit to great dog walking routes

    The cottage is lovely and the location is ideal with the beach being a few minutes away. There is a nice pub and other amenties also on your doorstep.
