A charming, detached bungalow situated between Menai Bridge and the popular seaside town of Beaumaris on the north coast of Anglesey. Overlooking fields to the rear with views to Snowdon, this pleasing cottage offers comfortable styling with a traditional layout. There is plenty of private off road parking next to the cottage and two entrance doors, the rear opening into the kitchen and dining area, the other into a hallway off the sitting room. The sitting room is the hub of the home with a cosy feeling, ideal for enjoyable family times. The bedrooms offer traditional furnishings along with a family shower room. Outside is a spacious lawned garden to the side and a rear patio overlooking the owners’ smallholding which features chickens and ducks, and you are welcome to purchase eggs when they are available. Nearby you can enjoy Beaumaris with its fabulous castle, picturesque high street and quaint shops, or visit the one of the restaurants in Menai Bridge for a quality evening meal, perhaps with a table overlooking the Menai Straits. With an abundance of scenic coastal walks as well as country paths in the area, you should find a quiet track somewhere to explore, or perhaps an energetic day climbing the peak of Snowdon which is just a short drive over the bridge back to the mainland. This lovely bungalow is well-placed for an enjoyable holiday at any time of the year.

Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. It’s setting, diversity of architectural styles and periods, differing scale, open spaces, varying roofs and overall quality contribute greatly to the town’s character.
